Non-Surgical BBL

Non- surgical Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) involves injecting Sculptra or dermal fillers into the buttocks to contour, reshape and volumise the buttocks as desired. These are great alternatives to surgery and ideal for patients who do not want to go under the knife or those who don't want a general anaesthetic.

Scuptra stimulates collagen production, tightening the buttocks over time, whilst HYAcorp MLF2 is a dermal filler that volumises and reshapes the buttocks.

Non-surgical BBL with Fillers - FAQs:

What filler do you use?

We use HYACorp®️ MLF2, a Hyaluronic Acid dermal filler designed to volumize and reshape the buttocks.

What are the benefits of butt filler over surgical options?

  • Quick procedure - less than 60 minutes.

  • Performed under local anaesthetic.

  • Able to sit right away.

  • Minimal downtime

  • Results can last up to 18 months

How long does the treatment last?

HYACorp®️ MLF2 is a Hyaluronic Acid dermal filler so whilst the effects are long-lasting, they are not permanent. The fillers can last on average between 6 to 18 months but the duration of effect varies depending on patient factors such as age, metabolism, skin type, lifestyle and other factors. Follow up treatments may be required every 6 to 12 months after the first treatment.

Are there any side effects?

HYACorp®️ dermal fillers are generally safe. They have the same side effects as any other dermal fillers including redness, swelling, bruising and discomfort. These tend to last for a few days post-procedure. Other rare side effects include haematomas, nodules, granulomas, hyperpigmentation and infection.

What is the aftercare advice?

  • Keep the area dry for 48 hours after treatment

  • Buttocks remain strapped for 5 days to prevent the filler from moving

  • Do not have baths, don’t sit longer than 45 minutes and don’t sleep on your back for 4-5 days post procedure.

  • Avoid swimming, strenuous exercise, sun exposure, saunas, and sun beds for two weeks

How much does the treatment cost?

100 ml is generally the minimum amount of filler that can be expected to produce any noticeable increase in volume on a small patient. This volume of filler is  more suited to enhancing a small specific area of the buttocks or filling hip dips.

Most patients require 200 ml to 400 ml of filler, and sometimes more, to volumise the buttocks.

Prices start from £1900, contact us for more information.

Am I a candidate for butt fillers ?

If you are very slim and don’t have much fat in the buttocks, butt filler is not the best option for you as there is a chance the filler will appear lumpy. During your consultation, your Clinician can discuss options for treatment, including non-surgical butt lift using Sculptra®
